1 – How Do Binaural Beats Work?
Two tones within a certain range(much smaller increments that western musical notation) of each other are played
together, one in the left ear, one in the right ear. The result is that an illusory third tone is percieved.
This third tone phases in and out in an this is what we call the binaural beat. By targetting specific frequency ranges,
binaural beats have been proven to influence brain wave patterns, and thus can be used to target specific states of consciousness,
from the highly active and alert Beta brainwave range, to the relaxing meditative Alpha range, deeper into the
hypnogogic Theta range where visions and dreams abound, and even further into the Delta range which is associated with
pure being and dreamless sleep.
2 – Do Binaural Beats Work For Everyone?
With practice, Yes – everyone can reap the benefits of this amazing technology.
Once you develop the ability to surrender and let go into the sound, your consciousness will follow
the pattern of the beats and you will be guided into the targetted state. We suggest that you
create a comfortable, sacred space, breath as deeply as is comfortable, allow yourself to relax completely and just let go.
The more you practice, the easier it gets and most find that with each use, the experience deepens.
Headphones are recommended for best results. That being said, our cd’s will still work on many levels since we also use Hans Cousto’s
planetary frequencies to base our system. Our recordings can create an interesting ambience in group settings.
4 – How can the Planetary Frequencies help my meditation?
Mathemetician and Musicologist, Hans Cousto’s calculated the frequencies that we have used to connect
with the planetary archetypes. These frequencies were calculated to reflect the relationships of the rotations and orbits
of each body in relation to the Earth. The Acutonics® system of sound healing also uses these frequencies in their
gongs, tuning forks and chimes – accessing these archetypes in this way has been well established in the
collective consciousness by Acutonics® and others.

It very much depends on what you’re looking to achieve. Examine each of the associated properties of the planets,

Yes, indeed binaural beats can induce experiences comparable to that of ingesting entheogenic plants. In some of our recordings, your awareness will be guided into
deep theta and delta, which give rise to very ‘altered’ states of consciousness, which could easily be likened to such experiences.
